v0.4.1 Patch release on top of v0.4.0. Restores the ontology ribbon and the mygene→UniProtKB Alliance fallback — both broken by upstream data/API changes, not regressions in v0.4.0. No API surface change (same OpenAPI path-set; image tag 0.4.1). Fixed Ribbon 500 on goslim_agr (#165, #167). GOlr relabelled the molecular_function root GO:0003674 ("molecular_function" → "gene product or complex activity"), breaking get_ontology_subsets_by_id's annotation_class_label self-join → unguarded KeyError → 500 on every goslim_agr ribbon call (and /api/ontology/subset/{id}). Aspect roots are now resolved by stable GO ID (ASPECT_ROOTS), with guards so a future ontology label change can't take the widget down. No response-shape change. Alliance/mygene UniProtKB fallback (#159, #168). The Alliance of Genome Resources restructured GET /api/gene/{id} with no public API versioning: UniProtKB cross-references moved to gene.crossReferences[].referencedCurie and gene.gcrpCrossReference, away from the former top-level crossReferenceMap.other. gene_to_uniprot_from_alliance now reads the new gene_summary shape (e.g. HGNC:12139 / TRAV39 → UniProtKB:A0A0B4J263), plus deterministic mocked tests that lock the schema so a future silent change is caught in CI.
