This is the first release of R analysis code. This code downloads a published dataset and does the analysis and figure plotting for the manuscript entitled "Trees Tolerate an Extreme Heatwave via Sustained Transpirational Cooling and Increased Leaf Thermal Tolerance", which was accepted by Global Change Biology in December 2017.
