El rol del profesorado en la era del tecnofeudalismo y la Inteligencia Artificial

Abstract

En la era del tecnofeudalismo, el sistema educativo está siendo profundamente reconfigurado por las grandes corporaciones tecnológicas y la irrupción de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA). Este artículo analiza críticamente el papel del profesorado frente a estos cambios, donde las plataformas digitales y los algoritmos ya no solo median el aprendizaje, sino que también lo definen, condicionando qué se enseña, cómo y para qué. Para ello, se ha utilizado el Análisis Crítico del Discurso (ACD), con el objetivo de identificar los marcos ideológicos que configuran la representación del docente en documentos institucionales recientes. El estudio se basa en una revisión de guías internacionales y nacionales publicadas desde 2022, centradas en el uso educativo de la IA. Las guías institucionales analizadas muestran tres visiones del rol docente: como técnico ejecutor de herramientas, como mediador estratégico o como agente crítico y transformador. De manera general se promueve una supuesta personalización del aprendizaje, pero en muchos casos se plantea desde la automatización de procesos sin transformar la práctica educativa. Frente a esto, se plantea la necesidad de recuperar una pedagogía crítica, que sitúe al docente como protagonista del cambio en relación al uso de la tecnología en la educación y no como simple ejecutor de herramientas.
