Tides Muddy One is v2.0 of the Tides R package to Calculate Characteristics of Quasi-Periodic Time Series, such as Estuarine Water Levels. Tides contains routines to calculate ecologically relevant characteristics of observed tidal water levels in tidal systems, such as inundation frequency, and statistics of inundation times and inundation heights. Its high level functions have extended capabilities for handling gaps in real world data series. v2.0 contains better exception handling when gaps are present. S3 method 'summary' has been added. A few minor bugs are also fixed. Tides is also on CRAN: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/Tides/index.html
