Abstract

Η σημασία της ψυχοσωματικής μας υγείας είναι αυτονόητη αλλά της δίνουμε τη δέουσα σημασία στην καθημερινότητά μας; Με στόχο την προαγωγή της ψυχικής υγείας και της ευημερίας επανερμηνεύουμε την θεωρία των πρωταρχικών αναγκών του Maslow και συνοδεύουμε κάθε ιεραρχημένη ανθρώπινη ανάγκη με ένα ερώτημα για προσωπική διερεύνηση και θεραπευτική στοχοθέτηση.

Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs interpreted for psychotherapeutic work along with relevant prompt questions for each basic need.
