This is a simplified consultation material on scope review to assist and/or guide students, teachers, researchers, companies, and communities in research on transversal, disruptive, and innovative themes in areas linked to technological development and innovation in health, it was prepared for in the Professional Master's Program in Technology, Management and Eye Health at the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at Escola Paulista de Medicina/Universidade Federal de São Paulo.
