Abstract

Results and supplementary material of the manuscript "Integrative and comparative study of the effect of anti-steatotic treatments on the transcriptome in high fat diet mouse models of NAFLD using a meta-analysis". The content of the files is detailed below: 00_R_package_versions.xlsx. Version of R and of the packages used in the analyses. Results of the 3 differential gene expression (DGE) comparisons. Each sheet corresponds to the results of one of the individual studies analyzed. 01-DGE_HFD-vs-ND.xlsx 01-DGE_HFDt-vs-HFD.xlsx 01-DGE_HFDt-vs-ND.xlsx 02_DGE_Meta-analyses_results.xlsx. Results of the 3 DGE meta-analyses performed (one per comparison). The results of each meta-analysis are in a different tab. Results of the 3 differential gene expression (GSA) comparisons.
