Home cage RFID-based tracking data of female mice housed in three independent colonies. Data are in the compressed 'RData' format and constitute data objects generated by the R package 'ColonyTrack' (https://rupertoverall.net/ColonyTrack/). The files "YOUNG.RData", "OLD.RData" and "WIND.RData" contain "colonytrack_data" objects with all raw RFID antenna contacts. The files "YOUNG_metrics.RData", "OLD_metrics.RData" and "WIND_metrics.RData" contain "colonytrack_metrics" objects with derived features and processed data used for analysis. These files are supporting data for the manuscript "Early-life experience determines the social stability of adult communities in female mice".
