Abstract

Harpactea innupta Beladjal & Bosmans, 1997 Harpactea innupta Beladjal & Bosmans, 1997: 13, f. 7–8 (description male) New records Bouira: Tikjda, (6°25’44”N – 04°07’41”E), 1280m, 4³³, pitfalls in holm oak forest (HO), 20.IV.2016 – 18. V.2017, Chaib leg. (CSC). Tikjda, (36°26’47’’N – 04°07’30”E), 1430m, 1³, pitfalls in dense and anthropized Cedrus atlantica forest (CAC), 20.IV.2016, Chaib leg. (CSC), Tikjda, (36°26’49”N – 04°07’32”E), 1410m, 5³³, pitfalls in open cedar forest (OAC), 2.VI.2016, Chaib leg. (CSC). Distribution Ten males were collected in different forests in Tikjda (Fig. 3), which indicate that the distribution of the species is larger than the type locality (Taguemount Azouz in Tizi–Ouzou) (Fig. 1) where a single male was collected. Female unknown. Ecology The species was collected between 1280 and 1430 m in two forest types: Cedar (Cedrus atlantica) and Holm oak (Quercus ilex). The species was mostly active between April and June.
