Abstract

El presente artículo se enfoca en la necesidad de diseñar una propuesta pedagógicas transformadoras que impliquen el uso de estrategias para el desarrollo de habilidades sociales en educación como alternativa innovadora para lograr mejores competencias escolares en estudiantes de centros rurales del municipio de Cerete, frente a la ausencia de prácticas pedagógicas pertinentes, acordes con sus destrezas y necesidades de aprendizaje, alejadas de la realidad acompañadas de una escasa formación docente y recursos didácticos apropiados, lo cual se precisó mediante la información obtenida de una entrevista inestructurada aplicada a los docentes de básica primaria en las que se indago en torno a los cuatro dominios: Planeación y preparación de clases, Ambientes para el aprendizaje, Práctica Pedagógica y Flexibilidad y capacidad de respuesta. Los cuales fueron analizadas sobre el quehacer educativo y una encuesta aplicada a los estudiantes, visto desde: el profesor, las clases, y los recursos; también sobre las habilidades escolares desde el rol y relación que asume los estudiantes.
