Synthetic Anomaly Dataset of Photovoltaic Power Generation

Abstract

This dataset contains normal power generation time series of real Photovoltaic(PV) sites with corresponding irradiation time series and environmental temperature time series. Synthetic anomaly time series based on the normal time series with 6 types of anomalies, such as "spike", "low value", "long time no output", "shading", "cloudy" and "snowy". These anomaly types involve facility failure and adverse weather conditions. This dataset can serve to evaluate the anomaly detection performance specifically for PV power yield time series under various environmental conditions.
