NFDI4Chem - Deliverable D1.3.1: The NFDI4Chem portal

Abstract

The NFDI4Chem Website (www.nfdi4chem.de) is the single point of access for user services and information. It informs about all the services provided by the NFDI4Chem and integrates a Knowlegde Base, which contains documentations, resolutions, workarounds and best practices for the NFDI4Chem services and tools. Additionally, the Helpdesk with a ticketing system is available on the Website, in order to support users of Research Data Management applications and help them troubleshoot any problems they face. Other functions of the Website comprise an Event calendar, a News page, Mailinglist subscriptions. The Website is designed with a corporate design and includes the NFDI4Chem logo.
