The dataset is associated with the article 'Quantifying the effect of competition on the functional assembly of bryophyte and lichen communities: A process-based model analysis' by Yunyao Ma*, Maaike Y. Bader, Imke Petersen and Philipp Porada published in Journal of Ecology. The dataset includes all data and Rscripts to reproduce the findings of the article, as well as the source code of LiBry model applied in this study.
