*MIC-MAQ plugin training images* We provide images to train segmentation on fluorescence and brightfield images. For fluorescence: - QIBC dataset for nuclei segmentation and quantification (https://zenodo.org/record/8014997). The 3 channels of each field of view are saved in independant files: C1 (protein of interest, spots detection), C2 (EdU for quantification), C3 (nuclei segmentation). - Cyto dataset for nuclei and cell segmentation. The two fields of view are saved in a single LIF file that contains Z stack. For Brightfield: - Yeast dataset for cell segmentation
