</script>We are thrilled to share some highlights from our inspiring Summer webinar, "Women in ICT Standards," which brought together ICT specialists, professionals, standard developing organizations, and advocates of gender diversity in STEM disciplines. The event's aim was to discuss the current status of women's participation and contribution to standards and technical committees in the ICT domain. The organisers - StandICT.eu, HSbooster.eu and STAND4EU - witnessed vibrant discussions in the chat, where professionals from different backgrounds shared their experiences and insights. Päivi from Finland made a career shift to standardisation, highlighting its growing importance. Caroline emphasised the need for women's voices in shaping standards and user experiences in cutting-edge technologies like AI, IoT, and Blockchain. Download the highlights and get engaged. While progress is being made, the gender gap in ICT standardisation remains a challenge. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where women can thrive and drive positive change.
