In spring 2021 AIT Austrian Institute of Technology launched the Female Leadership Development Program. The goal of the program was to accompany the 19 participating women on their way to future and further leadership positions as well as to promote an inclusive organizational culture at AIT. As part of the program, the participants had to choose a relevant topic with respect to female leadership on which they had to conduct a project. This presentation summarizes the results of the project "Leadership & Part-time Working" and was held on February 17th, 2022 at the closing event. To arrive at their findings, the authors did a literature research and conducted 15 interviews with representatives from companies and RTOs in Europe.
