The book is a manual for the students of the first year of the Agricultural Department of the University of Florence, including most of the high-school matter. The book covers Calculus and Statistics. Most examples are taken from matters that are of immediate interest to the students, i.e. agricultural problems. Unfortunately the language of the book is Italian, since English language was not given for granted at this stage of the education.
