Pelayanan publik adalah perilaku yang diberikan atau ditunjukan oleh para admintrator kepada customer atau pengguna layanan. Pelayanan publik ini tidak hanya berbentuk perilaku namun bisa saja dalam bentuk lain contohnya, pelayanan digitalisasi yang terintegrasi dengan administrator dan juga customer. Digitalisasi pelayanan digunakan untuk meningkatkan layanan menjadi lebih baik, serta efektif dan efisien. Walaupun pada pelaksanaannya masih terdapat kekurangan-kekurangan dalam menerapkan digitalisasi, setidaknya sudah ada inovasi baru yang diadakan untuk kemajuan pelayanan publik.
