This article analyzes educational materials on teaching vowel sounds in “Mother tongue” programs and textbooks, problems and solutions of teaching vowel sounds in "Mother tongue" textbooks. This article focuses on the development of methods of formation of literary pronunciation skills in students, as well as the rules of teaching national vowel sounds orthoepically.
