Kualitas Pelayanan pada Kepuasan Pasien pengguna Bpjs di Puskesmas Kota Padang

Abstract

Puskesmas adalah lembaga pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat untuk memberikan layanan yang menyeluruh kepada masyarakat. Jumlah peserta BPJS di Puskesmas X Kota Padang akan berkurang dari 23.637 menjadi 23.053 dari 70.300 penduduk pada akhir tahun 2021. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah staf administrasi kurang berkomunikasi dengan jelas saat melayani pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pasien peserta BPJS di Puskesmas Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Alasan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif karena peneliti ingin menjelaskan bagaimana kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Kota Padang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien BPJS. Sumber data berasal dari sumber sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data tersebut kemudian menggunakan teknologi dokumen, dan sumber serta informasi yang diperoleh peneliti berasal dari hasil jurnal, berita dan website resmi yang relevan. Penelitian menunjukkan tidak puas terhadap pelayanan di Puskesmas X Kota Padang Tahun 2022. Ini karena kebutuhan atau keinginan pasien yang tidak terpenuhi, pengalaman yang tidak baik, promosi dan komunikasi. Maka Diharapkan Puskesmas X Kota Padang mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan meningkatkan profesionalisasi sumber daya manusia disertai keterampilan manajemen dan pelatihan sesuai dengan keahliannya, sarana dan prasarana yang ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan untuk mencapai dan menjadi pelayanan prima.
