Abstract

In the article, simirinko apples were taken as an experiment, where the analyzes and experimental works of the fruit production enterprise "Darmon Farm" in Yakkabog District, Kashkadarya Region were shown. One of the broadest problems of today is meeting people's needs with natural products and increasing their species.
