Abstract

Hasht Bihisht. This manuscript is now IO Islamic 1206 in the India Office collections. [metadata: Hermann Ethé, Catalogue of Persian Manuscripts in the Library of the India Office, 2 vols. (Oxford: India Office, 1903): volume 1, number 64 here with notations and hyperlinks]. 1206 Another copy of the Hash Bihisht. This copy is dated the 9th of Muḥarram, A.H. 1030 (A.D. 1620, Dec. 4). No. 64, ff. 1-39, 2 centre-coll., each ll. 17, and a third on the margin, ll. 34; small Nasta’lîḳ; illuminated frontispiece; size, 83/4 in. by 47/8 in.
