Materials from the workshop held at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid titled "Build Your Own Energy Sensor with Arduino" are now available. These materials are specifically designed for individuals with no prior knowledge of Arduino. They provide comprehensive guidance on how to construct a sensor capable of measuring temperature and available light. During the workshop, participants are required to maintain a record sheet over a specific period of time. This record sheet should include observations of temperature and available light in the room, as recorded by the sensor. Additionally, participants need to annotate instances when refrigeration and lights are switched on or off. A second session will be held to discuss the results with other participants, allowing for self-assessment of the recorded behaviors. Video Tutorial available on YouTube.
