[Resumen] Desde nuestra perspectiva de profesionales dedicados al cuidado de la piel y al deterioro de la integridad cutánea y tisular, la incorporación de la inteligencia artificial supone contar con otro “experto” o asesor virtual que nos aporta una visión terapéutica amplificada (por Big Data), a modo conversación entre “colegas” (chat de opinión sería lo más adecuado). Un ejemplo que está muy de moda actualmente es ChatGPT (Generative Pretrained Transformer), un prototipo de chatbot de inteligencia artificial desarrollado en noviembre de 2022 por OpenAI, que se ha especializado en el aprendizaje del razonamiento humano. Las respuestas de ChatGPT no dejarán indiferente a nadie. Suelen ser moderadas y lógicas, pero se nota que es un sistema de inteligencia artificial en proceso de aprendizaje ya que, el profesional que quiera utilizarlo como ayuda clínica deberá estructurar o redactar muy bien las preguntas de consulta si se quiere obtener una respuesta válida al momento.

[Abstract] From our perspective as professionals dedicated to skin care and the deterioration of skin and tissue integrity, the incorporation of artificial intelligence means having another "expert" or virtual advisor that provides us with an amplified therapeutic vision (through Big Data), as a conversation between "colleagues" (opinion chat would be more appropriate). An example that is currently very fashionable is ChatGPT (Generative Pretrained Transformer), an artificial intelligence chatbot prototype developed in November 2022 by OpenAI, which has specialized in learning human reasoning. ChatGPT's answers will not leave anyone indifferent, they are usually moderate and logical, but it is clear that it is an artificial intelligence system in the process of learning, since the professional who wants to use it as a clinical aid will have to structure or write very well the consultation questions, if a valid answer is to be obtained at the time.
