This study includes the applications of Database Management Systems in the Agriculture Sector. Effective and efficient data management is major factor for smart farming and precision agriculture. To maintain and analyse their records, many agricultural producers use computerized database management systems. The database system includes databases on livestock, agro-ecological databases, crop characteristics, production technologies, post-harvest handling and processing of the products, domestic and foreign markets, export and import procedures, and certain production statistics. By raising particular plants and livestock, agriculture creates more goods. Furthermore, this also includes the Design of the Agricultural Database, Functions of Farm Level DBMS to Farmers. This study shows that the importance of data management reference architecture is practical and effective for agriculture.
