The list of taxa of bryophytes in Bozgyr plateau of Azerbaijan has been presented in the paper. Briofloristic research revealed that mosses were represented with 71 taxa belonging to 30 genera and 16 families, hepatics were represented with 5 taxa belonging to 5 genera and 5 families. According to the amount of taxa the richest moss families are Pottiaceae (27), Grimmiaceae (8), Bryaceae (7), Orthotrichaceae (5), and the richest genera are Bryum (7), Grimmia (7) Tortula (5), Syntrichia (5), Didymodon (5) and Orthotrichum (5).
