This preprint is the protocol of a cultural analytics study that will be performed in 2023-2024. In order to prevent harcking (the formulation of hypotheses after having analyzed the data) we present the grant application for the French National Library submitted on the 30th of September 2023 in the supplementary material of the protocol. The hypotheses were defined at that time and are to be found page 15. They have been refined in the introduction of the protocol p 4. At the time of the submisssion neither the french nor the english text corpora were developed. No statistical analysis were performed.
