This repository contains raw data and additional figures for the paper "Many-Affine BBOB Function Combinations". The raw data (performance of 5 algorithms) is labelled 'data.zip', while the IOHanalzyer-processed version is marked 'rds.zip'. The resulting csv-files with fixed-budget, fixed-target and anytime performance measures are included in 'csvs.zip' The additional figures are included as 'Figures.zip' The final file is 'reproducibilility.zip', which is a static version of the GitHub page: https://github.com/Dvermetten/Many-affine-BBOB For easy access, the files 'weights', 'opt_locs' and 'iids' have been uploaded in the main directory, as well as the aggregated performance and ELA for both the 2 and 5 dimensional problems.
