Sri Ramakrishna gave a new dimension to pedagogy-the parable pedagogy and catechetical teaching. This new perspective in teaching/learning process enriched the present behavioural science (Education). Sri Ramakrishna's 'Dakshineswar Vidyalaya Curriculum' included a variety of discourses, alternating with songs, parables, visits to the 'city of joy', which included visits to circus, museum, theatre, temples and many other recreationally encapsulated spiritual items. He never adopted strait-jacket methods in teaching. The present study is an attempt to examine the language of Sri Ramakrishna's pedagogy, technique and fundamentality of his interpretation along with his parable methodology.
