Stratified random sampling was used to select 285 teachers from 145 senior schools comprising of Agege, Alimosho, and Ifako/Ijaiye local government areas of lagos state. The result shows that Teachers’ attitudes towards teaching human sexual reproduction was positive and it was more pronounced in co-educational schools when compared with teachers in single sex schools and There was no statistically significant difference between the attitudes of male and female teachers towards teaching human sexual reproduction in Education District 1 of Lagos among others, The study recommends that human sexual reproduction should be made reasonably voluminous with instructions that could give students firsthand information on sexual and reproductive health and The topic should be moved to the first year of the senior secondary school curriculum so that it will be taught to students at the time they need to know about their sexuality.
