Abstract

Objetivo: Estudiar la toxicidad, los efectos antidiabéticos y cardiovasculares de los extractos hidroetanólicos de extracto de semilla de Parinari curatellifolia y extracto de raíces de Aristolochia vogelii y (1:1) mezcla de los dos extractos anteriores. Materiales y métodos: Veinte ratas albinas de la cepa Wister se asignaron aleatoriamente a cuatro grupos; A, B, C y D, cada uno de los cuales consistía en cinco animales, recibieron extractos de la siguiente manera: Grupo I, P. curatellifolia y mezcla de A. vogelli (1:1) (500 mg/kg de peso corporal); Grupo II, A.

Objectif : Etudier la toxicité, les effets antidiabétiques et cardiovasculaires des extraits hydro-éthanoliques d'extrait de graines de Parinari curatellifolia et d'extrait de racines d'Aristolochia vogelii et (1:1) mélange des deux extraits ci-dessus. Matériel et méthodes : Vingt rats albinos de souche Wister ont été répartis au hasard en quatre groupes ; A, B, C et D, chacun composé de cinq animaux, ont reçu les extraits suivants : Groupe I, mélange de P. curatellifolia et A. vogelli (1:1) (500 mg/kg pc) ; Groupe II, A.
