This is the first release of our FaunD-Fast model. This is an A.I. based workflow that has been trained to detect megafauna that inhabit the deep seabed areas of the Pacific ocean. This release coincides with the publication of the workflow in (Mbani et. al. 2023). Note that this is a piece of academic research software that has neither been comprehensively tested nor designed for deployment in production or decision making. We therefore assume no warranty, express or implied.
