Kelenga and most other Bozo are the classic fishing people of the interior delta of the Niger River in central Mali. Additional materials (lexical spreadsheets and audio files) will be archived in Deep Blue Data. This Kelenga grammar joins previously archived grammars of Cliffs Jenaama and Djenne Jenaama-Sorogaama, also in the Bozo family. Fieldwork on Tigemaxo is underway.
