Version 1 of the Cryptosporidium dataset, to be used in deep learning models such as YOLO, for which in addition to the images there are labels in .txt files with the names of two parasites "Cryptosporidium" and "Giardia", which will serve as labels to be recognized by the model used. The next dataset has two sets of images, one with conventional optical microscopy images and one with phase contrast microscopy images, each with their respective labels.
