Abstract

Generate identity, from an exploratory and speculative proposal through textiles and technologies, which travels on the one hand, through ancestral traditions and worldviews, their practices, and also travels through appropriations, which by themselves explain our contingency, culture and subjectivity. These are some of the reasons why I constantly investigate and explore, and together with an implementation with new technologies, which leads to endless possibilities for its incorporation into the wearable: a mobile and social artifact, based on concepts and contexts of interactivity, of enactive knowledge and of various possible states of technological use, being the wearable already a technology, which from its traditions of clothing and its symbolism, contains an important socio-cultural projection, and that from my work, is dispersed from a process based on the question about the meaning of the uses and messages to be transmitted through pieces that speak and transmit a situation of instances and elements that generate other and new uses-actions, which could be analysed, why not, from other disciplines, such as cognitive sciences, anthropology, but which in art are positioned as a starting point to designate a transformation: from where the energy used is neither created nor destroyed, it is only transformed added to an irony and uncertainty
