A Interação entre Sistema Socioecológico e Educação Ambiental.

Authors: Pereira, S;

A Interação entre Sistema Socioecológico e Educação Ambiental.

Abstract

The Interaction of Socioecological Systems and Environmental Education A B S T R A C T Environmental Education - EA was a topic of great discussion in the world environment congresses, as well as in the research areas of universities. In Brazil it was no different, in 1999 the National Environmental Education Policy was created, establishing that WE must be developed in formal and non-formal education. In the document proposed by UNESCO, in 2002, the importance of EA was reestablished by encouraging changes in behavior that will create more sustainable environments in the future, in addition, the document itself presented the need for educational approaches within the context of communities. Including cities, in order to better promote learning about social and ecological aspects, as well as the commitment of cities to manage ecosystem services and biodiversity, providing a potential for opportunities, experiences and learning in resource management practices. Thus, considering the initiatives proposed by UNESCO, this article aims to present a discussion, based on bibliographic surveys, to understand whether the SSE developed in Brazil presents interactions and / or perspectives of Socio Ecological Systems. Keywords: Environmental Education; Learning Significant, Socioecological Systems.
