Abstract The paper analyzes several methods of smoothing power fluctuations of photovoltaic plants with an battery energy storage system, namely: Simple Moving Average (SMA), Double Moving Average (DMA), Exponential Moving Average (EMA), and Modified Ramp Rate (MRR). Modified Ramp Rate (MRR).
