The paper deals with the determination of the residues of captan, chlorpyriphos and cypermethrin in the samples of cherry species Aida, Margit and Šandor grown in the orchards of Vojvodina according to Good Agricultural Practice. By the analysis of cherry samples with the application of GC-ECD, the detected values of captan and cypermethrin range from 0.39 to 1.44 mg/kg i.e. 0.01 to 0.08 mg/kg and do not exceed the MRLs of 5.0 i.e. 3.0 mg/kg respectively. The detected values of chlorpyriphos range from 0.21 to 0.29 mg/kg but taking into account the relative standard deviation the detected values may be above the MRLs of 0.3 mg/kg.
