The teaching profession is one of the most responsible professions in the society, and today much attention is paid to teaching psychologists. Especially in our developing independent country, there is a great need for practicing psychologists and personnel who are masters of their profession, who have high modern professional knowledge, who are proactive, who can understand the demands of the time and society sensitively and intelligently, in short, professionally competent. At the same time, a detailed study of the problems of eliminating pedagogical difficulties encountered in the work of the teacher encourages to find solutions to the problematic situations faced by young scientists and researchers today. The activity of every pedagogue engaged in education should be aimed at creating conditions for education, forming the needs and talents of the individual during the educational process. It should be noted that the professional qualification of every teacher working in educational institutions has two edges. These are professional training and psychological training.
