Annotation: In this work, an equation was obtained that allows to explain the experimental results for the temperature dependence of the QE VAX prepared on the basis of semiconductors. By comparing the results obtained by calculating this equation with the experimental results, it was shown that the temperature change in the investigated range does not affect the value of the non-ideality coefficient of QE VAX from a practical point of view.
