Code and compile scripts necessary to build the model used in "Non-Redfield carbon model for the Baltic Sea (ERGOM version 1.2) -- Implementation and Budget estimates" and initial fields and boundary data are provided. The used meterological forcing is archived in the CERA database (https://cera-www.dkrz.de/WDCC/ui/cerasearch/entry?acronym=coastDat-2_COSMO-CLM). For possibly updated boundary conditions please contact the author. Note that the code module for the biogeochemical model is generated automatically. Therefore, we propose also to consider the formal model description and tools for code generation from https://ergom.net/. In addition, simulation data used for figures and analysis presented in the associated paper can be found in this archive as well.
