Abstract

Comprehension is the base of cognitive domain. Without comprehension higher mental processes like thinking, problem solving, creative thinking, solving example, applying rule are not possible. Mathematics is an abstract subject, rote learning is not useful in this subject so as a teacher it is essential to develop comprehension ability of the learner in Mathematics learning. There are various learning strategies which help to develop comprehension ability of the learner.
