This article presents the principles and online book promotional strategies in university and municipal libraries in the Republic of Moldova, Russia and Romania and the National Library of the Republic of Moldova, are highlighted online promotion strategies of information resources that influence the organization of libraries, user requirements and research areas. The online book promotion offers ensuring access to modern technologies, the creation of new work tools and services that allow the provision of curricular support at all academic levels and lifelong learning.
