National Geo-spatial Information (NGI) aerial images of a small study site in the Baviaanskloof, South Africa. These 50 cm resolution 4 band images assisted in developing a method for aboveground carbon mapping in subtropical thicket. The work was undertaken as part of the GEF-5 SLM (sustainable land management) project. See the related paper and github repository for further details. The record consists of the following files: Ngi_May2015_Source.zip: Orthorectified images without colour balancing, gamma correction etc adjustments. Ngi_May2015_Corrected.zip: Orthorectified images corrected to surface reflectance using homonim.
