Les innovations en matière de financement des petits exploitants agricoles: l'expérience du modèle d'autofinancement de l'ONG MyAgro au Mali

Abstract

L’étude tente de voir en quoi le modèle d’autofinancement de l’ONG MyAgro au Mali, en matière d’innovation de financement des petits exploitants agricoles, est adapté à leurs conditions de précarité et comment il contribue à améliorer leur revenu agricole. La démarche méthodologique utilisée pour répondre à ces questions a été axée sur le focus groupe auprès de 11 focus groupes dont 7 de femmes, 3 d’hommes et 1 groupe mixte et l’entretien auprès quinze (15) adhérents de Myagro dont 8 hommes contre 7 femmes. Les résultats, issus de l’analyse, montrent que le modèle est innovant et convient mieux aux petits producteurs. Il a permis d’améliorer leur niveau de revenu, par conséquent leurs conditions de vie. Cependant, l’expérience, qui a besoin d’être portée par un organisme d’appui ou d’aide, donnerait plus d’effet si elle se fait dans le cadre d’un paquet complet de services intégrant l’accès aux équipements de labour et l’appui à la commercialisation.
