In this article, the attitude towards the implementation of national projects in the field of improving the quality of education is in the attention of the entire public, as well as the increase in requirements for the intellectual and moral preparation of students, changes related to the financial independence of higher education institutions, creates a serious competitive environment in the training of higher education institutions, which shows the problem of quality of education as the most important issues of higher education institutions.
