This report (O5A4) compiles the evaluation of the past Open Knowledge Activities (OKAs), and Open Innovation Activities (OIAs) organised in 2020 and 2021. We reviewed the participants’ reflections on their developed skills, knowledge and attitudes and investigated how OKAs and OIAs can upskill HE students and staff, including librarians. We also consider the innovation potential of such open activities by analysing the participants’ feedback.
