Actinocephalus brevifolius Trovó & Echtern. sp. nov. Fig. 6A Voucher M.L.O. Trovó 774 (RB) *. Distribution Endemic to the Chapada dos Veadeiros. Occurs in the Rio Preto Valley in the vicinity of the Morro da Baleia Region on dry to humid, usually sandy-argillaceous soils.
