Generic Place-based Data Policy V1.0.2

The Generic Place-based data policy is a template derived from the draft Tetiaroa Ecostation Data Policy and meant to be an example for other field stations, marine labs and research stations that may want to use it. V1.0.0 is the first official release of the Generic Place-based Data Policy. That includes significant community feedback on the V0.0.0 from February 2021 through June 2022. V1.0.2 includes the correct DOI and citation. It also includes Hypothes.is in the Github HTML for additional annotations.
