Purpose: To investigate the alignment of vision, mission, and objectives to develop and deploy various strategies in higher education institutions (HEIs) with leadership and governance for the welfare of the whole university, through quality education, mainly for the development of the students. Methodology: An exploratory research design is used to conduct the case study. The necessary information is gathered from the Srinivas University website. The Google Scholar search engine is used to conduct a literature review in order to establish a strong conceptual framework for this article. Results & Outcome: This research proves a transparent and robust governance system that is predominantly driven by Srinivas University’s Vision and Mission and is envisioned to be a world-class University committed to academic excellence and professional competence for students’ overall development. Originality: A case study of developing strategies in HEIs through analysing vision, mission, and objectives and SWOC analysis. Type of the Paper: Case Study & Analysis.
